Audyllic provides audio and video listening experience optimisation services, including content processing and Audyllic Insights reporting. We optimise the listening experience in audio and video content using broadcast-grade technology built on Optimod.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to audio and video content you upload to Audyllic. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Audyllic service. You confirm that you have the right to upload and process the content you submit.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content you do not have the rights to process
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our processing technology
Interfere with the operation of the service

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Audyllic is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from processing. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Compliance Disclaimer

Audyllic does not provide legal advice or guarantee regulatory compliance, including with respect to SB576, the European Accessibility Act or any other legislation. We help organisations improve the listening experience for their audiences.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
